Postcards from Hartford

The Travelers Tower. Upon its completion in 1919, the Tower stood 527 feet tall, making it the tallest building between Boston and New York for decades to come. The postcard is undated but probably comes from the 1940s, when buses like the ones shown replaced the city's trolley system.
